Here are some sharings from the participants during our Community Experiences.

On Connection to Self

my experience of much tranquility and centering with you
all I had to do was come home to myself, and really connect with myself, and my body
rolled with that emotion in mind...
use my body more often to express awareness, the unspoken, the unsaid, and unexplained
I also wish I brought my swim wear to get a few minutes to float in water while being sunkissed, it always fills me with joy and peace
forgot how much I love to spend time in the ocean

On Connection to Land and other Beings

ease and exploration
what I loved most about the session was the atmosphere. while it felt a little daunting not knowing what was going to happen, everyone seemed really open and willing to let go of any inhibitions / worries and just be. this helped me feel comfortable and safe enough to just also let go, and be. I also liked how there was no pressure to be anything other than yourself. I remember when you were guiding us during the grounding session in the water to just do whatever feels right/good to you.
I really appreciated hearing the rule of thumbs in the collection process, making this very respectful vs entitled
experimental but not directionless
it was so grounding to be foraging, using my eyes and hands to collect the rocks

Through New Eyes

excited to go back to the beach now with these new possibilities opened up for me
I hope that as Landing expands, more people will be able to learn to slow down, get out of their heads a little and reconnect with themselves and their bodies
I think prior to this I felt really stuck and struggled to imagine how we could connect to land / water, almost like I was trying to flex a muscle that didn’t exist
a space where we can come together occasionally to co-create and co-imagine a closer, more loving and caring relationship with the land
… to different locations in Singapore

On Being with Others

I liked standing together in round shaking off and playing in the water
my final chaotic piece; the colours are so...
being outdoors in nature and in a group is so healing
