a possibility to introduce a deeper practice of embodied movement, incorporating aspects other than just the emotional 
real-time composition - creating movement compositions through
being present in the here and now

what new textures & layers of my being,
as well as relationships
can birth through expanding our sense of self &
developing our deep ecological self?
deconstructing and re-inventing the self through
creative practices with nature 
harvesting and foraging – as an action, a process, but also a livelihood
we have lived as hunter-gatherers for a way longer time than agriculturists
moving and harvesting from whatever is around me – shift to sedentary lifestyles and staying at a single spot
how can foraging as a practice shape our attitudes, relation and care towards other beings? 
how can we introduce this practice in a manner that represents giving, rather than always just taking? 
to maintain a harmonious balance in every relationship
interconnected
when I develop my self, I also hold an intention from my heart to nurture the ways I co-exist with other life forms and our earth,
